Floor and wall opened up to find the damage. Rotted subfloor and framing cut out, and the drain and supply lines re-run while everything was accessible.
AFTER
Finished and back in service
New tub and surround, toilet, vanity and flooring — set on sound framing, with the plumbing done properly behind it.
This is the part you don't see. Anyone can set a fixture. The reason this bathroom will last is
what happened in the first photo — finding the rot, cutting it out and rebuilding the framing
before a single new fixture went in.

Rainwater leaders run and hung through a working truck shop — offsets sweated in around the existing steel and conduit.

Wall opened to the studs and the lines replaced — new drain, waste and vent in PVC, new water lines run alongside, all strapped off the framing before anything gets closed up.
